Refund Policy
Although my pieces are durable, they are not indestructible. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it can be. The life of your jewelry depends on your lifestyle, activity level, job, & other external factors.
We DO NOT offer free replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or snagged jewelry.
Due to the custom nature of my services, all purchases are FINAL SALE.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
For no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of $10 may apply, as time has been reserved just for you.
